A fortunate referral
It was serendipity. My XKR was in the parking lot and a gentleman approached me to recommend the V Shop. I did not know the man nor had I ever heard of the V Shop. But, I gave it a try. That was over a year ago and several visits. I am a well satisfied customer. I’ve referred several of my friends to the V Shop and they, too are satisfied with their service.
The V Shop Exemplifies Honesty and Excellence
We’ve looked to the V-Shop to keep our 1999 Volvo S80 in top running shape for almost five years now. Our most recent experience is an excellent example of the service we have received. When our car suddenly began acting wierd, I brought the car in conveying that I thought we were having transmission problems…we had over 170,000 miles on the car. After extensive examination, we were told that the brakes were the problem, not, the transmission. It doesn’t require much sense to know that brakes cost a lot less than a new transmission. “Thank you” V-Shop for your honesty and proficiency.
Feels like family
I have confidence in Volvos – I have for years. But, I have even more confidence in the V-Shop and BRMotion. I’ve been a customer for years – almost since the beginning. I’ve had lots of maintenance and lots and lots of service. I’ve bought cars and I got peace of mind with it all. They make me feel like family and there’s no price tag on the security and peace of mind I get from that.
Great service – life savers!
I cannot say enough good things about the team at the v shop. We overheated in Baton Rouge on I 10 in our land rover. AAA recommended them and I know why! They immediately tended to our land rover and diagnosed the problem. While we waited in their waiting room they had their land rover mechanic on it. They were life savers and had our car fixed in a couple hours! They ran extra diagnostics on it to mak sure all was good before we got back on the road to Texas. I would highly recommend them! Thank you to the team at the V shop! Very impressive.

Long-lasting Lifesavers
I have driven Volvos almost exclusively since the early 1970′s. That means I usually have an older 240 in the mix. Since two of the Volvos are driven by my wife and daughter, it is essential that regular maintenance be performed to make certain there isn’t that heart-pounding worry when they drive off. Thanks to the V-Shop and BRMotion (from whom we’ve also purchased Volvos), I have the peace of mind to know my family is safe. I’ve entrusted our safety and peace of mind to the V-Shop almost since they opened their doors. Thanks, all, for helping me take care of my family.
In Dire Straits and then we found The V Shop
I really don’t know where to begin talking about the wonderful way in which my family and I were treated at The V Shop and BR Motion. While on a road trip from Wisconsin to Houston, my 2002 Lexus recently serviced and in great condition began to make a noise 5 hours outside of Houston. AAA recommended The V Shop. From the first call to Valerie to our many discussions with the staff at The V Shop and Mr. Cutforth..was A-1 service. It was so disheartened and very scary to be so far from home and having car issues. Bill Cutforth and his staff treated us with grace, kindness, issue was identified quickly and communicated clearly. I couldn’t have asked for better individuals to have assisting me when I really didn’t know what to do. The V Shop, BRMotion was a God-send. Thank you so much. My parents are still talking about our positive experience. I recently started searching for a car and i dread the pushy car salesman well i find the car that want and went to br motion where i met brian which is like no other salesman i know he wasnt pushy nor did he try to get my ss number before i walked thru the door i was treated with so much hospitality they are all really down to earth but extremely knowledgable and the best part i didnt have to sit there all day brian emailed me all the info he needed gave me top dollar for my trade a few hours later brain called for me to come and get my car it was so wonderful they really care about there clients i will tell anyone avoid all the commotion and go straight to BRmotion ….Thanks again to Brian and all the staff
Excellent Service
We were stuck downtown BR on a Sunday. After calling David at home, he arranged to have our Jag towed to the shop and fixed, including regular service and back to us by one o’clock Monday. You can’t ask for anything more!!!
Good Family Owned Business
My old vehicle started having a lot of problems and they worked hard with me to get me out of it and in to something that suited me better and was dependable.(Volvo S40) A very fair price and a deal that worked out well for both parties. I also notice that many of the people who come in for service are repeats and known by the workers by name. Additionally I saw that people go back to them to purchase cars again. Clear signs that they’re running an honest business that cares about making a good impression on their customers.
